The BBC did report a problem -
From 2:52pm to 8:39pm on 13th Jul 2025 BBC B HD Weather conditions may be affecting your reception

Mike:
The Digidome is not a cheap aerial, it's omni-directional and not all models contain a 5G filter to block interference from mobile masts using the 700MHz band.
This means it could pick up all sorts of transmissions that you don't want and it may not give a strong enough signal from Whitehawk Hill.
StevensOnln1 has already given the best advice, that full postcode would enable more constructive information.
Also have a look at what aerials your neighbours have and which way they point.

David:
Sorry, incorrect. The Oxford transmitter transmits the LTVMux (L-OFD) on BOTH channels. It has two petals, signals beamed in different directions.
C46 is beamed to the East, and C22 to the SW and NW.
Unfortunately the site owner does not seem to have had the time to update the information here.
It was last mentioned a couple of years ago Oxford (Oxfordshire, England) Full Freeview transmitter | free and easy for 22 years
Unlike most main transmitters with a LTVMux that only have one channel, usually beamed in a particular direction, there's also Sutton Coldfield with two, Winter Hill with three although those do cover different news areas, Manchester, Liverpool and Preston. I can't recall where any other are atm.

Indeed it does, L-RDG C34 & L-BSG C32 respectively. Unfortunately the transmitter page here doesn't show them. I think they were originally used for COMs 8 & 7 before B700 clearance.

MARTYN READE:
It does provide HD channels. EVERY Freeview transmitter in the UK (over 1100 of them) transmit thr HD multiplex. If it's actually Cwm Ffrwd-Oer that you get, it's on UHF channel C37, try a manual tune of that (assuming your receiver has a T2/HD tuner). How old is the set, what make/model?
If you provide a full postcode we can check that this is the correct/best transmitter for your location and whether you may be vulnerable to interference from a new/upgraded mobile phone mast.

You are correct that the BBC reported a fault -
From 9:00am to 2:57pm on 23rd Jul 2025 BBC National DAB Off the air due to a fault
However, not sure who the "You" are.
Using similar terminology, "We" have not been informed of the fault.
The Fault information that appears here is derived by automated software that searches the BBC general fault information database.
The details don't even appear here https://ukfree.tv/extras/BBC_Engineeering (at the time of my post), so it would appear that the BBC haven't correctly updated their fault database.
I'd suggest you try comp[laining to the BBC rather that here as they won't be reading your posts!
It is rather pointless posting complaints here, broadcasters don't read posts here. This is a free technical help-site. If you need some technical help with a problem, please ask away, providing as much detail as possible along with a full postcode.

Graham Scott:
As per the note at the top of this transmitter page, it is currently subject to Planned Engineering.
Do NOT retune if you have No Signal of badly pixelated pictures, it will likely just clear the correct tuning. You cannot tune to signals that aren't there or can't be decoded.
As you haven't provided a full postcode we can't advise on your predicted reception, however it's very likely that a lot of the rest of the comment in my previous post here will be applicable to you.
